"Growth of Wafer-scale single-crystal hBN film"

Our group have successfully synthesized wafer-scale monolayer single crystal hBN film through the self-collimation of hBN grains on a liquid Au substrate. This research published in Science journal.

: Analysis of the grown materials and application for barrier materials

  • Chemical exfoliation of low dimensional materials

  • Chemical doping on low dimensional materials for engineering electrical properties

  • Transparent conducting electrode using graphene and carbon nanotube

  • Dispersion of low dimensional materials (carbon nanotube, boron nitride)
